Vaginoplasty & Labiaplasty

Vaginoplasty and labiaplasty are two distinct procedures. One addresses the vaginal canal and its support; the other reshapes the labia. Which — if either — is appropriate depends entirely on the examination.

1. Designer Laser Vaginoplasty

A personalized vaginal procedure designed to address concerns related to vaginal laxity, tissue changes and intimate comfort. Depending on the individual, laser/energy-based technology may be used as part of treatment.

Focus:

  • Vaginal tightening / support
  • Post-childbirth changes
  • Improved intimate comfort
  • Personalized cosmetic and functional goals

2. Labiaplasty

A surgical procedure that reshapes or reduces the labia when their size or shape causes discomfort, functional concerns, or aesthetic concerns.

Focus:

  • Excess or asymmetrical labial tissue
  • Discomfort during exercise or clothing
  • Functional concerns
  • Cosmetic concerns

Important

These are different procedures and are not suitable for everyone. An in-person gynaecological assessment is important before deciding on treatment.

Next steps

Every one of these procedures begins with an in-person gynaecological assessment. At that consultation we go through your concern, examine where necessary, explain which options are genuinely suitable for you — including doing nothing — and give you a clear estimate before anything is scheduled.
